1. Heard learned Counsel for parties.

2. The application for anticipatory bail filed by the present petitioner who is the mother-in-law of the deceased was rejected earlier vide order dated 02.01.2020 in CRM 12449 of 2019 by the co-ordinate Bench.

3. Now the present petitioner prays on the ground that the husband of the petitioner (father-in-law of the deceased) has been granted anticipatory bail in the meantime. Such a fact being not a supervening circumstance, we are not inclined to interfere in the earlier order.
