Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that in spite of furnishing four names who were involved in the offence, police authorities dropped two of the names in connection with Manbazar P.S. Case No.62 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025 which resulted in irreparable loss and injury to the petitioners. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Manbazar P.S. Case No.62 of was investigated.

After the investigation was concluded, charge-sheet was submitted on or about 30th June, 2025.

Having considered that the charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the aforesaid case, petitioners, if they are aggrieved of any

act and action of the police authorities, petitioners would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application under Section 193 of BNSS. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the accusations and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19313 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
