We have considered the materials on record. Trial is at its fag end. Most of the witnesses have already been examined. 3.

Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. 5.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
