Report reflects that number of cases have been initiated in respect of the parties. Number of GD Entries and criminal cases have been registered also. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted a complaint with the police authorities and the police authorities refused to accept and act on the same. In view of the aforesaid petitioner is granted liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court either under Section 174 of BNSS or under Section 175 of BNSS.

The learned jurisdictional Court would assess the allegations and ascertain whether

investigation is required and thereafter pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation WPA 19919 of 2024 is disposed of.
