Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that they have been unable to enter their property because of certain local miscreants creating disturbances and are demanding money as also part of the property for establishing a club room.

Report submitted by the police authorities corroborates the same as the police authorities have drawn up proceedings under section 126 BNSS against the four persons who have been named in the information furnished dated 06.08.2025.

Having considered that a proceeding under section 126 BNSS has been drawn up, I am of the view that in case there are further disturbances and or interference created at the behest of the named persons in the report of the police authorities as also the communication made by the petitioner to the

police authorities dated 06.08.2025, the condition of bond be altered so that the four persons named therein may be restrained from entering in and around the property, referred to by the police authorities in their report as also in the communication made to the Officer-in-Charge, Nabadwip Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19320 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
