The said statement reflects that the lady is presently residing with the in-laws family and happily enjoying her matrimonial life.

In view of the change of circumstances, I am of the opinion that further continuance of Belur Police Station Case No. 250 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 (G.R. Case no.5833 of 2020) is unwarranted and is hereby quashed.

Accordingly, CRR 2546 of 2021 alongwith CRAN 1 of 2021 is allowed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
