The case of the petitioner is that in a wrong question in the question booklet she has answered and is entitled to get one mark more in the written examination and, thereafter she should be declared as selected. The petitioner has already filed one representation dated 07.10.2021 which, according to him, has not been considered by the School Service Commission.

In such circumstances, I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to consider the representation dated 07.10.2021 at Annexure P-11 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter. If the petitioner gets one mark more the School Service Commission will take steps in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
