Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses state that the blood and froth were coming from the mouth of the deceased. The petitioner and the deceased were in the same room, where she suffered unnatural death. Further report with regard to the cause of death is awaited. Under such circumstances, keeping in mind the gravity of offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case where the petitioner may be enlarged on bail at this stage.
