Petitioner emphasises on the judgement passed in T.S. No. 123 of 2019. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a compromise decree was passed on the basis of solenama which has been enclosed along with the writ petition. Petitioner now complains regarding the private respondents occupying the property. Petitioner intends to demarcate the property pursuant to the judgement and decree of the civil court.

Petitioner has only approached the police authorities. Petitioner would first approach the concerned BL&LRO and thereafter seek for police assistance.

In the aforesaid circumstances, if after an application is filed with the concerned BL&LRO and a requisition is sent for police assistance, police authorities would ensure that the issues of demarcation be carried out peacefully without violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19272 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
