Ajit Mondal v. Sridam Mondal

Inadvertently in the order dated 26th June, 2023 the year of death of the petitioner, Mr. Ajit Mandal, the petitioner has been recorded as instead of 2022.

This typographical error is appearing in paragraph 2 and paragraph 3 of the order. In paragraph 4 in place of 16th March, 2023 it is written as 16th March, 2003; instead of 16th March, 2003, it should be read as 16th March, 2023. In paragraph 5 again the year 2002 should be 2022 and the sentence at the beginning of the paragraph "under such circumstances, I do find any reason to act upon the submission does not carry any sense unless the word not is inserted. It should be "I do not find" instead of "I do find". The order dated 26th June, 2023 be rectified by removing the typographical mistake as indicated hereinabove. Henceforth, the order dated 26th June, 2023 should be read conjointly with this order.
