The present application has been preferred by the petitioner nos.1 and 2 in the application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure inter alia praying for relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail, as incorporated in the order dated 18th September, 2019 passed in CRM No.8353 of 2019.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that in compliance with the order dated 18th September, 2019, the petitioners surrendered before the learned court below and they were released on bail. Upon completion of investigation charge sheet has also been submitted.

Mr. Datta, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State. Upon hearing the learned advocates and considering the materials on record, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 18th September, 2019 in CRM No.8353 of 2019 to the effect that 'the petitioner nos.1 and 2 shall meet with the investigating officer once in a week until further orders', is waived.

With the above observations and directions, the application being CRAN No.1 of 2020 is disposed of.
