Petitioner complains that she is being threatened for being dispossessed from the property by the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the private respondents are present and submits that there are several pleas taken by the petitioner at different forum.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the proceeding under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS has been drawn up against the private respondent nos.3, 4 and 5.

Having considered that a proceeding has already been drawn up by the police authorities for maintaining peace and tranquility, police authorities would oversee that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19614 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
