Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the respondent CGST authority concerned in considering and disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 17th July, 2023. Details of the grievance will appear from the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 19286 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance

with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
