The petitioner's main grievance is that he has informed the Bhadreswar Police Station as also the Chandannagar Police Commissionerate regarding the threats which he has been receiving for a considerable period of time.

Learned advocate for the State

submits that all the communications which have been received are either by way of e-mail or by speed post.

Learned advocate submits that the petitioner has been informed for approaching the police station with signed information and for the purposes of ascertainment regarding the contents of the complaint.

In view of the report reflecting the predicaments of the police authorities, I direct that within a fortnight from date, the petitioner who is engaged in the Army would approach the local police station who would take steps in accordance with the impression given before this court by the Inspector-in-charge of the Bhadreswar Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19039 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Reports so submitted be kept with

the record. A copy of the report furnished by the Inspector-in-charge of Bhadreswar Police Station be handed over to the petitioner.
