The petitioner seeks transfer on medical ground from one district to the other. Her application is pending consideration before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.
Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of 120 days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all documents in support of her prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.
The Writ petition being WPA 19056 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
