And In Re : Ishan Ali Mondal ........ petitioner Mr. Sumanta Chakraborty Ms. Debjani Roy Chowdhury ...... for the petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan Ms. Sujata Das ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the rape of a minor and as his prayer for bail was rejected in the month of November 2021 and there is no change in circumstances since then, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case where the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Trial be expedited.
