Petitioner and the private respondent no. 5 are relations who have been fighting over the property. Both of them are staying at the same residence but at different floors. Petitioner claims that she is residing at the ground floor alone and is feeling insecured.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the same is a sibling rivalry and not only the petitioner has alleged against the respondent no. 5 but the wife of the respondent no. 5 has also alleged by complained against the petitioner in the grievance portal.

Having considered that the issue involves a family feud, police authorities have restrained

themselves. However, petitioner being a lady, in case she complains, police would only oversee that there is no violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19283 of 2025 is disposed of.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
