The deposition of the victim girl reflects support to the prosecution case. The relationship itself reflects that the allegations are such that the same is bound to affect the confidence in the relationship. The evidence of the case is in progress. At this stage, having regard to the deposition of the victim, CSW1, I am of the not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the present petitioner is rejected.

Learned special court is directed to expedite the progress of the examination of the witnesses and conclude the trial at the earliest. With the aforesaid observations, the application for bail, being CRM (SB) 207 of 2022 is disposed of.
