Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instruction submits that his client does not want to press the instant application but he seeks to give a liberty to pray for parole.. Having heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State, C.R.M. (NDPS) 1030 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to pray for parole before the Inspector General of Superintendent, Correctional Services/Superintendent of Correctional Home, with police escort for the prisoner, under the provision of section 62(3) within chapter XVII of the West Bengal Correctional Services Act, 1992.
