The order of the Chairman/Board of Councillor of Baranagar municipality has been placed before this Court which indicates that the authority had directed that the unauthorised construction at premises no. 50/1, Dr. Nilmoni street, Kolkata-90, be demolished.

Nothing further remains to be decided in the contempt application.

The contempt proceedings are dropped.

The contempt application is disposed of.
