1. The current DI of schools, as opposed to the DI whose personal presence was sought, is present in Court. This Court appreciates his presence.

2. It is submitted by the counsel for the parties that the PPO has been issued and the order has been complied with.

3. It is expected that the Treasury Officer, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman, will release all arrears and current pension to the petitioner, within a period of one week from date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. The documents submitted by the DI of School are taken on record.

5. CPAN 1302 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7. In view of the above, connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
