Hence, I direct the District Inspector of Schools being the respondent No.3 to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order for passing a reasoned order and to send the said order to the petitioner and also to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance by two weeks after passing the order.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
