(a) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent police authority to accord police help to the petitioner in cultivating and harvesting the land lying and situate at Mouza - Patul, J.L. No. 03, L.R. Plot No. 168 & 449, having an area of 1.33 and 0.22 acres respectively forthwith;

(b) A writ in the nature of certiorari by directing the respondents to transmit the relevant records of the proceeding before this Hon'ble Court

for rendering conscionable justice."

However, I find that the issue relating to right of the petitioner is yet to be decided.

In the meantime, the petitioner by furnishing a representation to the Officer-incharge of Chanditala Police Station intends to establish his right as a sharecropper.

Having considered that the time period, which has been referred to by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, till date, is not over, I am not inclined to interfere with the prayers so advanced.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19326 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
