1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence and having regard to the statement of the victim which corroborates the statement with the FIR directly implicating amongst others the petitioner for the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
