The petitioner in his comprehensive pension application, which appears in page 56 of the writ application, has stated that his marital status is 'separate', but there is no such marital status. Marital status is whether a person is married or unmarried or divorced. Therefore, this entry, made by the petitioner is incorrect.

The petitioner is directed to file a correct comprehensive e-pension application within a period of four weeks from date without which the matter cannot be processed.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
