It appears that contraband substance above commercial quantity was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners and other co-accused persons.

In view thereof, the rigors of Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act is clearly attracted and as such, we are not inclined to exercise any discretion in favour of the petitioners and their prayer for bail is refused at this stage.

Accordingly, the application for bail, being CRM No. 8533 of 2021 is dismissed.
