Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has emphasized on the Executive Magistrate's order passed in MP Case No. 2826 of 2021.

If the petitioner is of the opinion that the Executive Magistrate's order is violated, then, in that case, the petitioner

would approach the Executive Magistrate itself by invoking the relevant provisions of law relating to Section 223 of the BNS.

So far as this Court is concerned, this Court is of the opinion that there should not be any breach of peace at the subject premises and the police authorities would keep a strict vigil over the law and order and take preventive measures relating to the subject property, where the petitioner and the private respondent(s) are in dispute.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19959 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
