The Block Medical Officer of Health, Rajnagar B.P.H.C., Murshidabad has filed instructions addressed to Government Pleader dated 05th October, 2023, which is kept with the records. 2.

It appears that the family pension has been approved to the petitioner vide Memo No.-361F(Pen)/N/F/1P-54/2023 dated 19.04.2023.

The service book of the petitioner's mother was approved by the office of the A.G.(A&E) sanctioning family pension of Rs.30,300/- per month with effect from 17.08.2020 till 16.08.2027 and Rs.18,180/- per month with effect from 17.08.2027. This was approved by the office of the A.G.(A&E) on 28th July, 2023.

The formal P.P.O. is required to be issued after the petitioner submits documents enlisted in the

letter of the Block Medical Officer of Health dated 12th September, 2022.

It is, therefore, directed that the office of the D.P.P.G., West Bengal shall issue a pension payment order to the petitioner on account of her mother late Kanika Chakraborty within a period of one month from date mandatorily and positively.

It is expected that all arrears of pension are also released to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of issuance of P.P.O.

The Treasury Officer, Rajnagar, Murshidabad shall take immediate and urgent steps in that regard.

The D.P.P.G., West Bengal and the Treasury Officer, Murshidabad are added as party respondents to the instant proceedings.

8.

The learned advocate on record for the petitioner shall effect necessary amendments in the cause title.

9.

Let a copy of this order be served on all the respondents by the petitioner forthwith.

The writ petition is disposed of.

11.

There will be no order as to costs.

12.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
