1. In view of the affidavit filed by the de facto complainant clearly stating that the disputes between the parties have amicably settled and she is presently residing with his husband at the matrimonial home, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

2. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Jakir Hossain, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.2,000/-, with one surety, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and the petitioners shall meet the I.O. as and when required till the submission of the final report.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.

4. The affidavit filed is taken on record.
