Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the private opposite party submits that being aggrieved by an order of further investigation dated 21st March, 2018 the petitioner/accused person preferred the present application.

In the meantime the opposite party herein / complainant also preferred a writ application before this Hon'ble Court, being W.P.A. 21032 of 2018 and while disposing of such writ application on 27.4.2022, this Court directed Officer-in-Charge Domjur Police Station to ensure completion of further investigation. In such view of the matter, the present application has become infructuous and accordingly he prayed for passing necessary order.

In such view of the matter, C.R.R. 2691 of 2019 stands dismissed being infurctuous.

Let copy of the order dated 27.04. 2022 be kept with the record.
