Learned advocate appearing for the opposite party no.2 submits that her name was not recorded in the order dated 26.09.2022.

Let it be recorded that 'Ms. Pallavi Priyadarshee', learned advocate appeared for the opposite party no.2. At the last sentence of the first paragraph of the said order dated 26.09.2022, the Sections have been wrongly recorded as '325/307/506 IPC', instead of the same, it should be read as '325/308/506 IPC'.

In the bottom of second paragraph of the said order dated 26.09.2022, the name of the victim has been wrongly recorded as 'Soham Chakraborty', instead of the same, it should be read as 'Samir Chakraborty'.

Let the said order be corrected accordingly.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections as above.

Let this order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 26.09.2022.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
