The matter has appeared at the instance of the writ petitioners.

It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioners that there are minor typographical errors in the order dated 26th August, 2025. At internal page 2 of the said order instead of "the respondent State had sought to acquire the premises under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013"

it should read as "in contravention to the provisions of the Act of 2013". Secondly, at internal page 3 (in the last paragraph)

"Kolkata Municipal Development Authority" should read as Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority. The respondents are represented and do not oppose such correction.

It is made clear that the time frame stipulated in terms of the above order would be strictly complied with by the respondent authorities and no unnecessary adjournments would be granted to either of the parties.

The order dated 26th August, 2025 stands corrected to the above extent only.
