Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the parties.

Petitioner made an application for transfer in terms of the leave granted by a coordinate Bench vide order dated 2nd May, 2025 passed on a writ petition being WPA 22086 of 2024.

Pursuant to such leave an application for transfer was made by the petitioner in prescribed proforma on medical ground.

Concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE), Nadia obtained medical report from concerned medical authorities. A communication dated 29th August, 2025 of the respondent no.6 is placed before this Court enclosing medical report signed on 13th June, 2025 by the medical experts.

Such communication dated 29th August, 2025

enclosing medical report is taken on record.

On perusal of the medical report, it does not appear that transfer of the petitioner on medical ground is justified.

Therefore, Court finds no ground to interfere with the decision of the respondent no.6 as contained in memo dated 22nd July, 2025 whereby application of the petitioner seeking transfer on medical ground was rejected.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
