In view of the above facts and nature of prayer as well as the matter is pending since 2018, this court seems that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case 5.

Accordingly, CRR 2742 of 2018 is dismissed for default. 6.

Consequently, the application, if any, is thus disposed of. 7.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
