FSL report has been filed before the trial court. It appears from the report that seized contraband contains codeine phosphate.

In view of the aforesaid report and nature of allegations involving possession of narcotic substance, above commercial quantity, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
