Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail on 27.08.2025 on condition <to meet O.C/I.C. Lalgola Police Station twice in a week=. The said condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner will meet with the O.C/I.C. Lalgola Police Station once in a fortnight till further orders.

So far as the other condition relating to <not leave the geographical limit of district Murshidabad= is concerned, the same is left to the discretion of the learned Special Court. Petitioner, if he intends to leave the jurisdiction of district Murshidabad will inform the learned Special Court. Learned Special Court will exercise its discretion, according to the requirements.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
