Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that for redressal of the dispute raised in this writ petition it has already filed application for settlement of dispute under the relevant scheme before the appropriate forum and considering such submission this writ petition being WPA 19679 of 2022 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the aforesaid appropriate forum.
