The respondents have taken independent opinion pursuant to the order dated 20th November, 2023. 2.

It appears from the further report that the writ petitioner has ten dental points. The conclusion has been arrived at based on the report of the SSKM Hospital, Kolkata.

The earlier opinion of the RME appears to be in harmony with the recruitment rules of the CAPF. 4.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner.

The report dated 12th December, 2023 issued by the Commandant (Estt), for IG Ftr HQ BSF SB is kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of without any further order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
