W.P.A. 20424 of 2021 with W.P.A. 20436 of 2021 Exception filed by the petitioners to the affidavit filed by the 4th respondent is taken on record. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the matter has been referred to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal for adjudication.

The petitioners seek direction upon the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the matter.

In view of the same, the writ petitions being W.P.A. 20424 of 2021 and W.P.A. 20436 of 2021 are disposed of requesting the Central Government Industrial Tribunal to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as the business of the Tribunal may permit.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
