The petitioner is an aspirant for the said post. It has been submitted by Mr. Panda, learned advocate appearing for respondent nos. 4 to 7 that the nominee placed by the College Service Commission has been transferred to a different place and the Commission shall place a fresh nominee in the Selection Committee within two weeks from date.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent nos. 5 to 7 to complete the selection process within two months from the date of placing the nominee by the College Service Commission.

Needless to mention that the candidature of the

petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law. WPA 19318 of 2023 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
