Counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal is directed against an interim order dated 24th July, 2024 passed by a Single Bench of this Court in W.P.A. No. 12604 of 2024. It is further submitted that the writ petition itself was dismissed as infructuous by an order dated 19th August, 2024 by the Single Bench. 2.

In that view of the matter, M.A.T. No. 1552 of 2024 has also become infructuous and dismissed as such.

Let a copy of the order dated 19th August, 2024 passed in W.P.A. No. 12604 of 2024 by a Single Bench of this Court be taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
