The learned Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that challenging the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench arising out of the order dated 25th September, 2023 in the writ petition being WPA 18121 of 2019, a Special Leave Petition is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the same is expected to be taken up for hearing sometimes in the month of November, 2024.

In view thereof, list this matter on December 12, 2024.
