1. Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties. Even on earlier occasion, no one represent the petitioners. No accommodation sought for.

2. This case is pending since 2018. Petitioners being the accused persons filed this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of the proceeding of Case No.CN/0008022/17 under Sections 418/420/506(II) of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court at Calcutta including the order of cognizance passed in connection therein.

3. Inspite of pendency of the case since 2018 and being given several opportunity, no one represents the petitioners and no accommodation sought for. It seems petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

4. Accordingly, CRR 2766 of 2018 is thus dismissed for non-prosecution. The application being CRAN 1 of 2019 (Old CRAN 1630 of 2019) is also disposed of.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
