In terms of the order dated 9th June, 2023, the petitioner accompanied the Maheshtala Police and identified her husband. The police has also conducted search in the house and the petitioner identified some of her stridhan articles and the same have been seized.

The petitioner shall apply before the Court below for custody of the stridhan articles.

Investigation into the FIR No.89/20 has been completed and charge sheet No. 428/20 dated 27th September, 2020 has been filed by the Murshidabad Police. 4.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the police. 5.

The report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Maheshtala Police Station dated 15th June, 2023 is taken on record. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
