In view of the order dated January 18, 2022 passed in WPO/117/2022, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. The allegation of the petitioner is that the construction is still going on, despite the order dated January 18, 2022. Such contention is vehemently opposed by the Corporation.

In any event, the Corporation is always empowered to take interim measure and this writ petition does not merit any further consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order and/or learned advocate's communication.
