The present writ petition of the year 2010 has been preferred by the petitioners praying for necessary directions upon the respondents directing the respondents not to issue any superannuation order upon the petitioner till disposal of the reference by the Larger Bench and not to disturb the service of the petitioner as Muslim Marriage Registrar under Amdanga Police Station.

There is no representation on behalf of either side since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. WPA 16307 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
