Petitioner made representation before the District Magistrate & Collector, Nadia as well as the Officer-inCharge, Palashipara Police Station. Petitioner is aggrieved as the police authorities have refused to take any steps. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned jurisdiction civil Court as dispute complained of is in respect of possession of a shop room. The concerned civil Court would decide in accordance with law.

With the above observations, WPA 19326 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
