Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there was a relationship between the petitioner and the victim. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of this Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She submits that the trial is at the fag end with the argument required to be concluded. Considering the fact that the trial is at the fag end and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

At the invitation of the petitioner, we place on record that the argument for the petitioner will be concluded on the next date.

CRM 8545 of 2021 is rejected.
