Petitioner informed the Officer-in-Charge of Monteswar Police Station.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute and has taken steps under Section 126/135(3) of BNSS. Having considered the prayer advanced before this Court by the petitioner, I direct the Officer-in-Charge of Monteswar Police Station to consider the information which was furnished on or about 14.08.2025 and communicate regarding the steps so taken to the petitioner within a fortnight from the date of receipt of the order by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19488 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
