1. Contempt application is taken up for consideration when applicant is unrepresented. However, learned advocate representing alleged contemnor has submitted that order passed by this Court on 18th December, 2023 is complied with.

2. Affidavit of compliance is filed on behalf of alleged contemnor affirmed on 2nd January, 2026 and same is taken on record. An order was passed by the alleged contemnor on 17th November, 2025 which is annexed to the affidavit of compliance.

3. In view of the steps taken by the alleged contemnor contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

4. However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to question order dated 17th November, 2025 passed by the Commissioner,

Chandernagore Municipal Corporation, if the applicant is aggrieved by such order.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
